Going for gold! Emsleys wins the Guild of Property Professionals gold award for sales and lettings in Yorkshire and Humber for the second year running
We are delighted to have been awarded the Gold Awards presented by The Guild of Property Professionals for the best sales and lettings agents in the Yorkshire and Humber region.
Sales director, Jared Thomas says, ‘After what has been a whirlwind two years, it is such a triumph for us to be recognised by the prestigious Guild network for yet another year. I am so proud of our team for not only managing to get through this extraordinary period but to also make such significant progress in the marketplace, maintaining our sales to high levels even with the challenges of less properties coming to market.

Both areas of the business have been awarded. For the lettings team this is the fourth year they have been awarded a top place, and the third year they have been awarded the gold.
Lettings Director, Helen Jolly, says ‘Our lettings team are only small but have certainly held their own across the region and according to RightMove, we were the market leaders in East Leeds in 2021. Considering the size of our agency compared to some our competitors, we are very proud of the progress we have made. We have continued to grow our books through our strong reputation with landlords and tenants for great customer service. We hope to continue with more of the same in 2022.’

The exciting news was announced by The Guild of Property Professionals, who held their award ceremony and national conference in London, on Friday, bringing the industry back together and recognise the hard work of its Members and what they have achieved over the course of last year.

This year 78 Bronze, Silver, Gold and Special Awards were presented to Guild Members in honour of the outstanding results they achieved during 2021.
