Reposit for Landlords

We’re partnered with deposit replacement company Reposit. As a landlord, this means you will be provided with insurance cover for up to eight weeks’ rent – three weeks’ more cover than a traditional cash deposit.

There are numerous benefits of using Reposit for deposit replacements as a landlord:

  • Attractive for tenants, who pay a one-week service charge, rather than a traditional deposit of five weeks’ rent up front
  • Provides up to eight weeks’ rent to cover your property, protecting landlords from unreasonable damage and rent arrears
  • Tenants are still liable for any damages, cleaning and arrears. If any payments are required at the end of the tenancy, Reposit recovers payment from tenants. Responsible tenants are rewarded with a lower rate next time they use Reposit
