She set up Emsleys Estate Agents’ Lettings Service in 2007 and is responsible for assisting aspiring landlords or those with single or multiple properties to rent.
Jared Thomas, Director (Sales)
With over 20 years’ experience in estate agency, Jared has expert knowledge of the local area and the property market. He leads a team of highly experienced estate agents and is committed to providing an excellent standard of client care and satisfaction.
Jared has extensive experience of all housing markets, both in cities and in villages, and does not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
Lee Jamieson, Associate Director, Branch Manager & Valuer
Lee has worked in estate agency for over 16 years. He is passionate about property and has worked in locations including Rothwell, Harrogate and Wetherby selling a wide variety of homes.
As Associate Director, Branch Manager and Valuer for our Rothwell office, Lee aims to deliver the best possible outcome for clients within a timescale that suits their needs, delivering the highest standard of customer service whilst doing so.

Helen is an Associate Director and Valuer at our Crossgates branch with over 17 years' experience in the property industry.
She was born, attended school and has always lived and worked in LS14 and LS15, so there is no one who can sell Crossgates and the surrounding areas better! Helen enjoys helping people through the transition of moving home whilst making the process as stress free as possible.
Emma Battson, Associate Director & Senior Valuer
Emma is an Associate Director & Senior Valuer at our Garforth branch. Her role at Emsleys includes valuing properties in Garforth and the surrounding areas, as well as promoting exceptional client service internally.
Emma has worked in estate agency for over 24 years and loves the whole process of helping people move, from valuing properties and drafting brochures, to booking viewings and taking offers.
Zoe Barry, Senior Sales Negotiator
Zoe is a Senior Sales Negotiator at our Rothwell branch. With over eight years' experience in the property industry, Zoe's role at Emsleys is to ensure everything runs smoothly. She manages the Rothwell team, processes offers, books viewings and valuations, progresses sales and ensures exchange targets are met.
Zoe enjoys enjoys running a busy office, as well as the varied nature of working in an estate agency.

Emma is a Senior Sales Negotiator at our Sherburn in Elmet branch. She enjoys working in a more rural location and supporting buyers and sellers throughout the process of moving.
Emma books viewings and valuations, progresses sales, deals with offers on properties, and makes sure exchanges and completions run smoothly.
